Job Duties:
  • Creation and management of project plan and resources
  • Responsible for the overall delivery and success of assigned projects.
  • Manage project budget, schedule, scope, quality and risk.
  • Analyze project performance, create cost benefit analysis and identify optimal solutions.
  • Coordinate all activities across the systems life cycle of large and small scale projects
  • Identify and track key measures of success for the projects
  • Lead project teams consisting of internal and external business and technical resources
  • Manage requirements, risk management, and coordinate cross functional business.
  • Consistently provide internal and external stakeholder communications and progress reports.
  • Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology, and project management staff.
 
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong project management experience across a broad range of business units
  • Experience with all phases of business project life cycle
  • Experience interfacing with all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working through alignment on decisions with multiple stakeholders
  • Prior experience with facilitation of cross project and program level meetings
  • Strong people/leadership skills; Ability to step in and lead with confidence
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience as a Scrum Master; Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
