NorthShore Resources has a great Contract opportunity for a Technical Process Engineer in Minneapolis, MN! Must be local to the Minneapolis/St Paul area to interview in person and work onsite.

  • Process re-engineering experience with technology teams (Infrastructure, App Development, Digital Technologies)
  • Process analyst/business analyst experience working on transformation projects within technology teams
  • Experience with transformation/implementation in a technical environment
  • Experience in translating conceptual and systematic deliverables into actionable technology and business requirements
  • Technical aptitude with Visio and PowerPoint for visual representation of project artifacts
  • Experience with Agile delivery principles
  • Experience in translating program objectives to delivery plans and artifacts
  • MS Office Suite and MS Tools Proficiency
  • Process analyst/business analyst experience working on transformation projects
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Ability to influence all levels in an organization to drive decisions
  • Ability to lead through a fast-paced and evolving program

  • Develop on a new model for tech delivery centered on Tech Standards and SOPs to produce evidence for quality and regulatory controls.
  • Consult multiple technology teams on new model to develop evergreen solutions to produce measured success after program life.
  • Consult technology teams to evaluate current delivery processes and controls to identify changes needed.
  • Produce templates to create artifacts that can be maintained as evergreen.
  • Identify key decisions and facilitate decisions to be made.
  • Create re-usable templates and written artifacts to optimize the tech team engagement.
  • Create visual depictions of as-is and to-be processes, changes to influence decisions by leadership.
  • Self-identify artifacts needed to complete milestones and perform a work breakdown of deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Develop business requirements for program deliverables involving technology tools.
  • Systematically identify impacts between teams within the program.
  • Produce project plans for assigned work streams within the program.
  • Partner with program manager on identifying delivery risks and solutions to protect delivery timelines.
