NorthShore Resources has a contract opportunity for a .NET Programmer/Developer in St. Paul, MN!

Our Client is in need of a Microsoft .Net 4.0, Programmer/Developer to customize and enhance its existing Service Quality Assurance System (SQAS). The SQAS was developed in 2008, using Microsoft .Net, as an internal auditing system for Social Services Intake and Case Management. SQAS provides a framework for defining the specific measurable tasks of case work, measuring those tasks and supporting their timely completion and documentation, and reporting task completion to workers, supervisors and managers. Updating the SQAS is needed in order to maintain service quality rules as a result of changes in job expectations, restructuring, and to simplify management of future such changes. The SQAS SQL Server 2008 database pulls data from the Clients Social Services Information System (SSIS) and compares criteria across seventeen program areas to determine accuracy of case management processing. The SSIS database has recently begun issuing 64-bit integer case and service numbers, breaking some SQAS program logic and reporting results. Initial work will be to repair these breaks, and then update the performance measurement components of the SQAS system.
