Help Desk first level support Local only

Maple Grove, MN
NorthShore Resources has a long-term contract part-time (Tuesday-Thursday) probably at least 6 months.  Our client is looking for candidates currently located in Minnesota, the twin cities area and you must be willing to work on-site. 

Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook, Office, and Windows 10 are requirements. 
  • Nice to haves would be experience with Ping Identity, SharePoint, and strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment. 
  • Will train on a ticketing system, good written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

Job responsibilities:
First level support.  
The role would include:
 
  • Answering incoming support calls to the Help Desk
    • Triage and address simple things like sharing knowledge articles, assisting in password changes, etc.
  • Monitoring email and voicemails; processing into tickets
  • Escalating tickets that this position cannot resolve to our Level 1 and Level 2 analysts
  • Performing equipment deployments, recoveries, and moves.
